Our taproom is in a vintage 40’s era warehouse with original exposed wood trusses. It has a great vibe -- it's like hanging out and drinking beer in your buddy's garage only there's an excellent kitchen and awesome beer. We smoke our potatoes and meat in-house and almost all of our menu items are prepared from scratch. We have 3000 square foot outdoor beer garden with patio seating for large groups. All of our beers are unfiltered and "cold crash conditioned" for extra flavor, a slow process by which sediments are dropped out by holding the beer as cold as possible until it clarifies. It is a process not used by production breweries because of time and production opportunity cost.

As cask ales become available we will post 'em when we got 'em.

Champagne style bottles allow us to kick up the carbonation on our Raspberry sour ale to give it a more intense mouth feel and flavor than can't be achieved in cans or kegs -- ever see champagne poured from a can or on draft? If you like it on draft, you'll really like our bottle conditioned version.

Scotch Ale and Belgian Cherry Dubbel aging on Bourbon Barrels in our taproom -- Should be ready April 2024.
